New for 2010, the Village of Swanton and the Swanton Area Chamber of Commerce are sponsoring a Swanton Area Farmer’s Market in Downtown Swanton. The Market, located on Broadway Street behind the Swanton Area Chamber of Commerce Building, will be held every Saturday morning from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. beginning June 5, 2010 through October 16, 2010.

Twenty vendor spaces are available for rent for $10.00 per day with a discount available to those vendors who purchase a season pass. Vendor applications can be downloaded from this web site or are available at the Swanton Municipal Building, 219 Chestnut Street, Swanton, Ohio 43558, (419-826-9515) and the Swanton Area Chamber of Commerce, 100 Broadway Street, Swanton, Ohio 43558, (419-826-1941). Vendors must have proof of a vendor’s license and general liability insurance of at least $100,000.
